Both my children had an appointment for their orthodontist treatment, the appointment was on time and the orthodontist was lovely, she talked through the treatment with both my children and they were very happy with the service they received.Great service.

An amazing experience, every time I go I'm made to feel welcome, Stacy in particular was lovely, it was my birthday and I requested to get rainbow and she did it without any fuss and overall matched my energy did a wonderful job and I left feeling great, thank you xxx 🥰

I had my braces taken off by the amazing Larni, who was so reassuring and polite which made me feel a lot better. She guided me through every step so I knew what was going on at each stage which made me feel a lot more relaxed! She knew what she was doing and made the experience as easy and calming as possible for me. She was assisted by Jessie who was also so lovely and very helpful along the way. Over the moon with my teeth! Thank you Greenacres!

My 13 year old lad is in the process for braces, honestly i cant fault them, from the minute you walk in your are welcomed, all the staff are lovely, they explain everything throughout at every appointment. All rooms spotless and clean. Would highly recommend. Would give more than 5* stars if i could.

Kelly Hughes was my dentist for three years whilst I was getting braces, every single time she’s been lovely to talk to and was great at explaining the process, she was great with me and my mum and I would thoroughly recommend her.

Lovely team at Greenacres orthodontist, put the patient at ease and explained the process of having braces fitted in lots of detail. Always there if you need extra support.

Staff were friendly and very clear and explained things clearly. Open to any questions made my child feel involved in what was being discussed

My son has recently started his ortho journey and was very apprehensive. He instantly felt more at ease when greeted by the lovely reception staff. Dr Fyeza explained the treatment really well and was approachable and professional.

Great orthodontist practice. Staff are really nice, Orthodontists really know their stuff and explained everything to your child as the process progresses. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter started her orthodontic treatment in her first year of high school. She has low self esteem and the practice have been nothing short of kind, supportive and friendly throughout her journey so far. Her confidence is slowly growing and we can't wait to see the end result. It was a hard year having to adapt with a twin bite block but the staff have supported her and helped push her through that difficult year and it's been worth it. She gets her braces in 12 weeks . My son has had several appointments with Fyeza. She’s amazing, she explains the procedure in detail and the next steps clearly , but also makes sure he understands. Everyone is soo welcoming and the environment is very calmly, which I do think makes a huge difference and impact on us all and especially with my son who normal hates attending any kind of appointments. Highly recommended and grateful my son is having his treatment here.

Excellent experience at the initial appointment with Nicky Stanford. He clearly explained the options for treatment, in a friendly helpful manner which put my son at ease. Kenzie was also very helpful and pleasant when answering my queries prior to the appointment.

Madhavi is brilliant! I am a complicated case and it took me a while to be able to start my treatment due to a medical condition with my bones (Osteopenia) and at one point it looked like it might not even go ahead…. Then I met Madhavi! Madhavi reassured me that my treatment would be able to go ahead and she was prepared to treat me. At almost 47 years old my end result has been amazing! I will be forever grateful & thankful to Madhavi and would also like to thank Natalie, Larni & Amy you are all friendly, supportive and helpful…fantastic! Thank you. I would recommend to anyone thinking of getting braces to do it, it has changed my smile for the better and I feel so confident now! I wanted to thank Larni and Dr Fyeza mainly for helping me through my treatment whilst having my braces on, they couldn’t have been nicer☺️☺️

I’d like to say thank you to the two lovely ladies ( can only remember lanis name sorry) that did my daughter's braces today. She has autism and struggles with appointments but you were both so kind and made her feel so comfortable and talked positive about her home educating. I also noticed the fidget basket in reception and thought it was a great idea.

Very fun experience with Amy and Kelly at Greenacres Orthodontics with them always checking on how i am doing whilst working fast and effectivly along with great music taste.

Currently at the start of treatment, due to have braces on next week. The service we have received so far has been excellent. The staff have been very friendly also. Looking forward to having them next week! Thank you.

All staff are always lovely, had a really good experience everytime. Had kelly and Larni for my last session and they were really friendly!

Kelly and Claire have made such a difference to my daughter - within one appointment she is smiling more even with a brace. The difference is significant already.
